Ticket Information (FAQ)

How are the tickets sent out?
We don't post out tickets that are bought online.

So how do we get our tickets then?
For online tickets, simply print your paypal receipt and bring it with you.

What if we can't buy tickets online?
Don't worry, we've taken care of that. You can either buy your tickets at a large selection of local outlets (click here for more details) or you can buy them buy post. To buy tickets by post, please send a cheque payable to 'M.A.D.S. Promotions" to the following address:

FORDHAMFEST
56 MARKET STREET
FORDHAM
ELY
CAMB'S
CB7 5LQ

Can I sell tickets myself?
Yup. Contact the event organiser via email on angie@fordhammusicfest.org.

I've noticed that there is still Postage and Packing, yet you're not posting online tickets?
You're quite right. We don't post out online tickets. However, this is because Paypal charges a fee for every transaction, and the fees are merely to cover this.

When does the Early Bird Offer expire?
Monday 31st May.

Ok, so I've read all of the above, now to the important stuff- does the ticket include the price of camping?
Yes.

Can I park my car next to my tent?
Sorry, but no. Health and safety, I'm afraid. However, parking in the car park is included in the ticket price.

So if I can't park my car, does this mean caravans and motorhomes are unwelcome?
Not at all! You're quite welcome to rock up in them. You'll need to buy a ticket on the day costing from £10 to £20 though.

Are there separate tickets for the dance tents/areas this year?
No, the ticket price also covers this as well.

This is all very good, but what about my kids? Can they come?
Of course they can! We've got discounted tickets for 14 to 17 year olds (for which ID is required), and children aged 13 and under may come in for free. However, they must be accompanied by a paying adult.

That's good, but I can I get family tickets?
Yup.
